E-Commerce Project Manager

Our technical project managers oversee e-commerce and technology builds from diligence projects to launch and continuous optimization.

Daily Responsibilities:

·     Manage large-scale e-commerce builds on the Shopify Plus platform

·     Manage day-to-day product optimization for existing e-commerce stores

·     Review and deploy site updates and email campaigns

·     Work with 3 party partners for platform integrations

·     Be proactive about client requirements to ensure successful and ontime delivery of all projects

·     Oversee all projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and on budget

·     Work closely with engineering teams and act as a liason between developers and clients

·     Ensure that all deliverables are delivered with the highest quality standard by using the best quality-assurance practices

·     Be a key advocate for clients and agency team

The ideal person

·     Knows how to determine the optimal approach for end-to-end e-commerce projects

·     Has experience in the clear and non-ambiguous documentation of requirements, deliverables, schedules and budgets for projects in Statements of Work

·     Has excellent negotiations skills

·     Has the ability to manage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities

·     Has experience managing interdisciplinary project teams

·     Is an expert presenter and comfortable interacting with senior level clients and stakeholders

·     Isn’t daunted by the task of leading large projects and taking responsibility for their success

·     Has clear verbal and written communicating skills at all levels

·     Is flexible, pragmatic, detail oriented and remains calm in a fast paced environment

·     Has a positive and collaborative problem solving attitude

Required Skills

·     5+ years of experience in a digital project / product environment

·     Proven track record of successfully delivering projects

·     Experience with a content management system, ideally Shopify

·     Experience with ad-management system, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

·     Experience with Photoshop

·     Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Bronto or another email provider

·     Ability to edit HTML and CSS code in time pressing scenarios
